STEP 2: Add to shopping cart
- After selecting, click [Add to Cart]
STEP 3: Checkout
- You can view the selected products in the shopping cart at the top right of the page
- If it is correct, click [Checkout]
STEP 4: Fill in contact information and select delivery method
- You can confirm the order again: (i) PC version - order details are on the right side of the screen (ii) Mobile version - order details are at the top of the screen, click [Show Order Summary] to see
- Customers are free to use guest status or create an account for checkout; Oxygen Jewelry members do not need to create an account for checkout. They only need to use their registered email to checkout and enter the designated member discount code in the discount code field to enjoy member discounts. Click Learn more about membership here

- Fill in your contact information i.e. email address
- Choose delivery method: Delivery or Pickup

STEP 5: Fill in the delivery information
- If you choose delivery, you need to fill in the delivery information
- If you choose self-pickup, please select a self-pickup store
STEP 6: Select payment method
STEP 7: Complete the order
- After successful payment, you will receive an email confirming your order within 5 minutes. If you do not receive the email, please contact us for enquiries.
STEP 8: Shipping notice
- The goods will be sent out within 1-2 working days after the order is confirmed or the goods will be prepared and picked up at the store.
- You will receive shipping/pickup notification emails
STEP 9: Receive the goods
- The delivery time varies depending on the delivery method.
